From there, we work empathetically to get to the core of the challenge and support ethical, sustainable growth. Nawa Leadership is founded and led by Abdelraheem Gaber — an experienced executive coach, leadership consultant, and organizational development specialist with over 15 years of experience working with senior leaders across the GCC, Middle East, and Europe. Today, Nawa Leadership Academy extends that same philosophy through structured e-learning courses and training programs, making practical, evidence-based leadership development accessible to trainers, managers, and teams across the region.
